Policy & Procedures
- Orders are taken on a first-come, first-served basis - so place your order as soon as you decide.
- Minimum of twenty (20) people to place an order.
- Delivery service is available depending on size and location of your event on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A final count and reconfirmation of your order should be done one week prior to the date of your event.
- WEEKDAYS (Monday - Thursday): Need 50 people or more with a full menu order
- WEEKENDS (Friday - Sunday) & HOLIDAYS: Need 100 people or more with a full menu order
- WEEKDAYS - DECEMBER: Need 100 people or more with a full menu order
- An advance deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve your order, delivery date and time. It is Non-Refundable if an order is canceled.
- An additional 50% deposit is required one month (30 days) prior to the event. The balance of your bill is due one week (7 days) before the date of your event.
- If ordering LESS THAN 2 WEEKS before your event, payment must be in CASH, CASHIERS CHECK or MONEY ORDER ONLY!
- There will be a $30.00 charge for any returned checks!
- You will need to provide your own serving utensils (i.e. tongs, serving spoons)
