Order Information
       
  Policy & Procedures  
  • Orders are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis – so place your order as soon as you decide.
  • Minimum of twenty (20) people to place an order.
  • Delivery service is available depending on size and location of your event on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • A final count and reconfirmation of your order should be done one week prior to the date of your event.
Delivery Requirements
  • WEEKDAYS (Monday - Thursday): Need 50 people or more with a full menu order
  • WEEKENDS (Fri. - Sun.) & HOLIDAYS: Need 100 people or more with a full menu order
  • WEEKDAYS - DECEMBER: Need 100 people or more with a full menu order
Payments  
  • An advance deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve your order, delivery date and time. It is Non-Refundable if an order is cancelled.
  • An additional 50% deposit is required one month (30 days) prior to the event. The balance of your bill is due one week (7 days) before the date of your event.
  • If ordering LESS THAN 2 WEEKS before your event, payment must be in CASH, CASHIERS CHECK or MONEY ORDER ONLY!
  • There will be a $30.00 charge for any returned checks! 
Other
  • You will need to provide your own serving utensils (i.e. tongs, serving spoons)
  • Also available (for orders of 100 people or more): Disposable Transport Boxes at $3.00 per box plus tax (keeps food hot before serving)
